Robau and Associates LLC is a general civil engineering practice directed by Emilio J. Robau, P.E. and supported by professional associates. The company focus is to provide design and consulting services to government (public sector) and private clients. We create a team tailored to fit the Client’s needs, project goals, objectives, and execute our assigned tasks in a timely cost-effective manner.
We offer general civil engineering design, permitting, and project management services. We specialize in water resource environmental design and the creation of the urban infrastructure landscape required to serve people. Our focus is to become an indispensable member of the Client’s team.
We design for human habitation and environmental conservation. This is who we are.
WHAT WE DO
Our main role in the delivery of civil engineering infrastructure projects is that of a general civil engineering infrastructure designer, permit facilitator and agent. We also follow the projects through construction and final certifications. We are very comfortable in coordinating the entire development team design disciplines, and acting as an owner’s representative, and project manager. Our standard set of services for the development of infrastructure include; general consultations and project programming, civil engineering design, construction plan preparation, permitting, and final project completion certifications.
We provide development consulting services spanning from assistance in land acquisition and conducting feasibility studies, to final turnovers to property owner associations, and governmental infrastructure operators. We design drinking water systems that are safe and reliable. We design sanitary sewer systems that comply with stringent state and local regulations. We design roadway infrastructure that allows the public the freedom of travel in safe vehicular environments. We design water management systems that treat and store stormwater runoff and maintain flood protection for our communities.
We prepare and support permit applications for all of these designs with the full array of federal and local agencies. We watch the designs creations rise from the plans to reality in the field. Our projects are most successful if no one notices them. Our designs are the heart of all modern living conveniences and public health.
